Vertex Cleaning Solutions LLC was founded in March 2026 by Ronald Ruiz, a Hispanic entrepreneur, father, and lifelong Queens resident from Astoria. What started as a vision to bring higher standards, accountability, and integrity to the commercial cleaning industry in New York City has grown into a company serving offices, government agencies, medical facilities, and property-managed buildings across all five boroughs.
Ronald built Vertex with a clear purpose: to create a cleaning company that clients and employees can be genuinely proud of — where people are treated with dignity, work is done right the first time, and trust is earned through action, not promises.
Vertex is a minority-owned and Hispanic-owned business currently pursuing MWBE certification through New York State and NYC. We are committed to building a team of local New York City hires, prioritizing individuals from underserved communities who are looking for a reliable, professional career path in the building services industry.
