We service commercial offices, medical and healthcare facilities, government buildings, co-working spaces, schools, retail locations, post-construction sites, and multi-unit residential properties across all five NYC boroughs.
Yes. Vertex Cleaning Solutions LLC carries general liability insurance ($2M per occurrence), workers' compensation, and commercial auto coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. We are fully licensed to operate in New York City.
Yes. We are a Hispanic and minority-owned business based in Astoria, Queens. We are currently pursuing MWBE (Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise) certification through New York State and New York City.
Vertex Cleaning Solutions LLC was founded in 2026 with a focus on bringing professional, corporate-grade cleaning standards to small and mid-size NYC businesses that were underserved by large national chains.
Yes. In addition to recurring contracts, we offer one-time deep cleanings, post-event cleanups, post-construction cleanups, and emergency cleaning services. Contact us to discuss your specific need.
Pricing & Contracts
Pricing depends on facility size, service frequency, scope of work, and access requirements. Small offices typically range from $150–$400/month for weekly service. Larger facilities or nightly service are priced based on a custom walkthrough assessment. We provide written proposals with fixed pricing — no hidden fees.
We offer flexible arrangements. Month-to-month agreements are available for clients who prefer flexibility. Annual contracts receive a 5% discount on all recurring services. Either way, there's no pressure and no cancellation penalty after 30 days' written notice.
No. There is no setup fee. The onboarding process — including the walkthrough, proposal, team assignment, and first-week supervision — is included at no additional cost.
We do not offer blanket price matching, but we will review any written quote from a licensed, insured competitor and provide a fair comparison. Our goal is to win on quality and reliability, not just price.
Our proposals are all-inclusive for the agreed scope of work. Additional charges only apply if you request out-of-scope services (e.g., biohazard removal, specialized equipment rental, or emergency response outside business hours). All additions require written approval.
Scheduling & Operations
We offer flexible scheduling including daytime, after-hours (evenings), overnight, and weekend service. Most commercial clients prefer nightly service so cleaning does not interrupt business operations.
Most new accounts can begin within 5–7 business days after the walkthrough and signed agreement. For urgent situations, we can sometimes begin within 48 hours.
We maintain a trained backup team for every account. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, a trained substitute is deployed — your service is never skipped. You are notified of any personnel changes.
We offer holiday cleaning by request at standard rates (no holiday surcharge for most services). Certain major holidays require 48-hour advance scheduling.
Yes. Your account can be scaled up or down with 2 weeks' notice. We accommodate seasonal changes, office moves, renovations, and special event needs.
Staff & Trust
Yes. Every Vertex employee undergoes a comprehensive criminal background check before employment and before assignment to any client facility. Documentation is available upon request for high-security clients.
All cleaners who service our accounts are W-2 employees of Vertex Cleaning Solutions LLC — not independent contractors or day laborers. This means they are covered under our insurance and workers' compensation policies.
All employees complete a structured onboarding program covering cleaning techniques, chemical safety (OSHA HazCom), infection control, EPA disinfectant protocols, customer interaction standards, and facility-specific training for specialized accounts.
Yes. Once onboarded, your account is assigned a consistent team. You will also have a dedicated account manager as a single point of contact for questions, schedule changes, and quality concerns.
Our team is multilingual with fluency in English and Spanish. We can accommodate client communication needs in both languages.
Products & Green Cleaning
We use commercial-grade, EPA-registered cleaning and disinfecting products. For standard accounts, we use professional-strength all-purpose cleaners, disinfectants, and floor care products. We also offer EPA Safer Choice certified green cleaning programs.
Yes. Our Green Cleaning Program uses EPA Safer Choice certified products, microfiber systems that reduce chemical use by up to 60%, and LEED-compatible documentation for facilities seeking green building certification.
Yes. Our disinfection protocols use EPA List N products proven effective against SARS-CoV-2 and a broad spectrum of pathogens. We follow EPA-specified contact times and application rates for all disinfectants.
Yes. We accommodate fragrance-free, dye-free, or specific product requests. Notify us during the walkthrough and we will document your requirements in the service plan.
Yes. Vertex supplies all professional-grade equipment, microfiber cloths, mops, vacuums, and chemicals. You do not need to provide anything. If your building has preferred suppliers or specific sustainability requirements, we can adapt.
Service Areas & Specialty
We service all five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. There are no travel surcharges within the five boroughs.
Currently we focus exclusively on the five NYC boroughs. We plan to expand to select areas of Northern New Jersey and Nassau County in the future. Contact us to be added to the waitlist.
Yes. We have experience managing multi-building accounts for property management companies. We provide portfolio-level reporting, single-contact account management, and flexible scheduling across multiple properties.
Yes. Post-construction cleanup is one of our specialty services. We handle construction dust, debris, adhesive residue, window cleaning, and final-stage detailing for move-in ready handoffs.
